CHICKEN CORDON BLEU NOODLE BAKE

Ingredients 2   cups   egg noodles,   cooked 2   cups   cooked chicken,   chopped 8   oz.   cooked and diced ham 2   cans/packages cream of chicken soup   (I like the kind by Pacific Foods) 2   cups   shredded swiss cheese salt and pepper to taste dried parsley,   to taste 18   butter crackers,   crushed Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a large casserole dish and set aside. Combine all ingredients except crushed crackers in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving. 4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 1 cup  panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated  Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons  minced parsley Salt and pepper, to taste 3 Tablespoons melted butter 3 Tablespoons  fresh lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, minced (2 teaspoons, if using bottled) easy to make What You Need 4   Chicken breasts   boneless, skinless 1   cup   panko bread crumbs 1/2   cup   grated parmesan cheese 3   tablespoons   minced parsley Salt & pepper   to taste 3   Tablespoons   melted butter 3   Tablespoons   fresh lemon juice 2   garlic cloves   minced Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Ingredients 1   16 oz box spiral noodles 1   bag breaded chicken strips 5   slices   bacon   cooked and crumbled Salt and Pepper Basil Honey Pepper Sauce: 3/4   cup   honey 1/3   cup   soy sauce 1/4   cup   brown sugar 1/4   cup   pineapple juice Juice of 1 lemon 1   Tbs   vinegar 1   tsp   black pepper 1/4   tsp   cayenne pepper 1/4   tsp   garlic powder Dash of paprika Cheese Sauce: 1   stick butter 2   cups   heavy cream 1/2   cup   parmesan cheese 1   cup   mozzarella cheese 3/4   cup   colby jack cheese 2-3   cloves   minced garlic Instructions Bake or deep fry chicken strips until done (you can also make your own), set aside. Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup diced white onion 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup flour 3 cups chicken stock 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken 1 10-ounce can red enchilada sauce 1 (14-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice ½ teaspoon ground cumin 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated 1 teaspoon salt optional toppings: tortilla chips/strips, diced/sliced avocado, sour cream, chopped fresh cilantro, and/or pico de gallo Instructions Heat the oil in a  large pot  over medium-high heat. Ingredients 1 (1.5 ounce) packet Simply Organic Ranch Dressing mix ½ cup panko breadcrumbs ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 1.5 pounds chicken breasts 1 egg white 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil cooking spray Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a medium bowl mix together ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, and shredded cheddar cheese. In a small bowl place the egg white. One at a time, dip the chicken breast into the egg white and then dip into the breadcrumb mixture. rub olive oil on the sheet pan or spray with cooking spray. Place chicken on the sheet pan. Place any leftover breadcrumb mixture onto the chicken. GRILLED HASSLEBACK FAJITA STUFFED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS 4   chicken breasts 2   tbsp   olive oil 2   tbsp   fajita or taco seasoning 1/2   each   red, yellow and green pepper, very thinly sliced 1   small   red onion, very thinly sliced 1/2   cup   shredded cheese (I use the pre-shredded tex mex kind) Cilantro (optional for garnish) Salsa and sour cream (for serving) Roasted sweet potatoes (optional side) 1   tbsp   olive oil 3   sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces 2   tsp   chili powder 2   tsp   paprika 2   tsp   garlic powder 1   tsp   salt Get Ingredients Powered by Chicory INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 450 F.
