RUM BALLS {WITH SPICED RUM}

Ingredients
- 1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 2 T. cocoa
- 2 T. honey
- 1/4 c. + an extra little splash of dark spiced rum
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Cover and chill one hour in the refrigerator.
- Form into small smalls (I use a small cookie scoop to measure out each one). Roll each ball in additional confectioner's sugar.
- Store in an airtight container. These can be made in advance and stored in the freezer until needed.
