The first guest post I ever did was what I called Impossible Cheeseburger Pie.


Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
  1. Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt (if desired).
  2. Spread in greased 9" pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended.
  4. Pour into 9" pie plate.
  5. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
