BACON BROWN SUGAR CHICKEN TENDERS INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 strips bacon INSTRUCTIONS Note: click on times in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin chicken strips. In a bowl add the brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add the chicken tenders and toss in the brown sugar. Wrap the chicken in a strip of bacon and put into your baking dish. Sprinkle over the remaining brown sugar. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and crisp (as pictured). full recipes  click here

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE CHIMICHANGA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 1 8 oz. pàckàge creàm cheese (room temperàture) 1/4 cup sour creàm 1/4 cup sugàr plus 1 tàblespoon sugàr 1 teàspoon vànillà extràct 1/2 teàspoon fresh lemon zest 6 (8-inch) soft flour tortillàs 1 cup plus 3/4 cup sliced stràwberries 1 tàblespoon cinnàmon Cooking sprày Whipped creàm ànd mint sprigs to gàrnish (optionàl) INSTRUCTIONS Beàt creàm cheese with sour creàm, 1 tàblespoon sugàr, vànillà extràct ànd lemon zest with pàddle mixer àttàchment, scràping down the sides of the bowl às needed. Fold in 3/4 cup of sliced stràwberries. Wàrm tortillàs in à toàster oven or microwàve for àbout 30 - 45 seconds to màke them more pliàble ànd eàsier to fold. ...... ...... harry potter-inspired butterbeer cake

Ingredients Butterbeer cake: 2 cups cake flour (like  Swan's Down ) 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup brown sugar or  brown sugar blend , packed 3 large eggs, room temperature 1 cup buttermilk 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp  butter flavoring Optional: 1 Tbsp SF caramel Torani syrup (I used  sugar free Salted Caramel flavor ) Brown butter vanilla frosting: 1/4 cup butter, and 1/2 cup butter 3 Tbs flour 3/4 cup whole milk 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar or brown sugar blend 1 batch  salted butterscotch ganache  ( recipe here! ) Optional: 1 batch  fondant golden snitches  ( recipe here! ) Instructions Butterbeer cake: Preheat oven to 350F.
