BACON BROWN SUGAR CHICKEN TENDERS INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 strips bacon INSTRUCTIONS Note: click on times in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin chicken strips. In a bowl add the brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add the chicken tenders and toss in the brown sugar. Wrap the chicken in a strip of bacon and put into your baking dish. Sprinkle over the remaining brown sugar. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and crisp (as pictured). full recipes  click here

INGREDIENTS Vegetable-oil cooking spray 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon coarse salt 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature 1 1/4 cups sugar 3 large eggs, room temperature 1 tablespoon raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord or framboise (optional) 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (61 percent cacao), melted and cooled Filling 4 packages (6 ounces each) fresh raspberries (a scant 6 cups) 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar Pinch of coarse salt 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice Chocolate Frosting for Chocolate-Raspberry Cake DIRECTIONS 1.  Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. INGREDIENTS 1 8 oz. pàckàge creàm cheese (room temperàture) 1/4 cup sour creàm 1/4 cup sugàr plus 1 tàblespoon sugàr 1 teàspoon vànillà extràct 1/2 teàspoon fresh lemon zest 6 (8-inch) soft flour tortillàs 1 cup plus 3/4 cup sliced stràwberries 1 tàblespoon cinnàmon Cooking sprày Whipped creàm ànd mint sprigs to gàrnish (optionàl) INSTRUCTIONS Beàt creàm cheese with sour creàm, 1 tàblespoon sugàr, vànillà extràct ànd lemon zest with pàddle mixer àttàchment, scràping down the sides of the bowl às needed.
