The Keto diet seems to be getting a lot of attention these days. For those of you like me, who are not nutritionally savy, I will give a brief definition of the Keto diet.
BACON BROWN SUGAR CHICKEN TENDERS INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 strips bacon INSTRUCTIONS Note: click on times in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin chicken strips. In a bowl add the brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add the chicken tenders and toss in the brown sugar. Wrap the chicken in a strip of bacon and put into your baking dish. Sprinkle over the remaining brown sugar. The first guest post I ever did was what I called Impossible Cheeseburger Pie. Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix 2 eggs Instructions Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt (if desired). Spread in greased 9" pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into 9" pie plate.
