Weight Watcher's Easy & Simple Cheeseburger Pie!!! Ingredients 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz) 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs Preparation Method Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25  full recipes click here

INGREDIENTS 4   chicken breasts 2   tbsp   olive oil 2   tbsp   fajita or taco seasoning 1/2   each   red, yellow and green pepper, very thinly sliced 1   small   red onion, very thinly sliced 1/2   cup   shredded cheese (I use the pre-shredded tex mex kind) Cilantro (optional for garnish) Salsa and sour cream (for serving) Roasted sweet potatoes (optional side) 1   tbsp   olive oil 3   sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces 2   tsp   chili powder 2   tsp   paprika 2   tsp   garlic powder 1   tsp   salt Get Ingredients Powered by Chicory INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 450 F.
