BACON BROWN SUGAR CHICKEN TENDERS INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 strips bacon INSTRUCTIONS Note: click on times in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin chicken strips. In a bowl add the brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add the chicken tenders and toss in the brown sugar. Wrap the chicken in a strip of bacon and put into your baking dish. Sprinkle over the remaining brown sugar. EASY BOURBON CHICKEN INGREDIENTS 1 1/2   lb (680g)   chicken breast   , cut into bite-size chunks 1/2   cup   low sodium soy sauce 1/3   cup   bourbon 1/4   cup   water 1/4   cup   apple cider vinegar 1/4   cup   brown sugar 1   teaspoon   fresh grated ginger 1/2   teaspoon   red pepper flakes 3   cloves   crushed garlic 1/4   cup   finely chopped onion 2   tablespoons   olive oil sesame seeds   , for garnishing (optional) chopped chives   , for garnishing (optional) INSTRUCTIONS For the marinade: combine soy sauce, bourbon, water, vinegar, sugar, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic and chopped onion in a large zip-lock plastic bag and mix well.
